You dont need to actually submit layouts that you make as a request. you can upload it to somewhere else and PM the requester.

not to be rude or anything, but heres a little tip:

try not to criticize other people when your own work is less than impressive. while you had a valid point where png>jpg, you may have at least tried to be somewhat polite about it. coming off abrasively when your own work is of a lot less quality than the person that you're criticizing will most likely come back to bite you in the ass.
